Delonghi Brilliante – As featured on Big Brother Apparently

I’m never one to keep up with pop culture. Mainly because it’s rubbish.

So imagine the astonishment on my face after speaking to sales team at Laskys; to find out we’ve been selling Delonghi Brilliante kettles and toasters off the back of them being equipped in the Big Brother house.

I consider my self a tech head, but it’ll be a cold day in when I get excited over a kettle and a toaster. But as people are cooing over this product I though I’ll talk about it. I think it’s because it’s shiny or because minor celebrities are using it. Saying that former Big Brother contestant John Tickle’s idea for delayed timer toaster was genius. Butter one slice while it’s hot, wait 5 seconds and next slice pops up to butter while the bread is still hot. Genius!!!

Anyway on the kettle and Toaster before I rant about why I hate Big Brother and celebrity culture.
