Toast of Tablets for 2011
As predicted this years CES from Las Vegas was crammed full of tablets. Here are some of the best ones spotted:
Motorola Xoom
Motorola’s 10″ Android tablet with dual-core 1GHz processor, 2 mega-pixel front camera, 5 mega-pixel rear camera and 1280×800 display.

Blackberry PlayBook
Blackberry’s 7″ tablet with a pixel-dense 1024×600 display, 5MP rear and 3MP front-facing cameras, dual-core 1GHz processor. It hasn’t got the most aesthetic design but it’s sturdy, durable and reliable. Plus it was demonstrated running Quake 3 and a slide show at the same time without any problems. Something my last PC would have been unable to do.

Asus Eee Pad Slider
10.1″ tablet with a slide out keyboard. Ideal for someone like me who’d not a fan of touch typing on the screen. Plus the tablet is loaded with powerful graphics horsepower.

Dell Streak 7
7-inch version of Dell’s Streak is packed with a Tegra 2 processor, a 1.3MP front and 5MP rear camera. . The only downside could be the operating system. Running Android Froyo instead of Honeycomb, and also a WVGA screen that will seem a little dull next to its sharper competitors.
